PneuS™
- Standard pneumatic elements
Pneumatic elements are products using compressed air for
its function. They are used in almost all industrial segments,
in particular in automation and robotization of manufacturing
processes, in engineering, wood processing and food industry,
transport, mining, agriculture etc.
They are developed by the design department which utilizes
latest knowledge combined with a forty-years experience in
their manufacture.
HEFA™
- Liquid measuring and pumping equipment
These products are designed for the fuel/mineral oil/LPG
storage, handling and distribution systems.
They are used for filtration, measurement and precise delivery
of liquid fuels including exhaust of petrol vapours.
These products are widely used as equipment of fuel storages,
rail tank car and truck tank filling and emptying stations,
fuelling of locomotives, aircraft, passenger cars and trucks,
and also as truck tank equipment. They are also used by special
forces.
Custom
manufacturing - Custom engineering products
Manufacture according to the customer's drawings, with the
use of modern hardware and software for the development of
technological procedures, and with large fleet of machines.

Current conventional as well as NC and CNC machines, lathes,
automatic lathes, drilling machines, grinding machines and
machining centres, automatic presses and presses up to 1600
kN as well as various cutting machines are available.
MTT
- Ammunition and blasting equipment
In the area of special production, Poličské strojírny are
engaged in the pilot project of delaboration and environmentally
friendly disposal of ammunition based on the contract concluded
with the Czech Ministry of Defence.
The assortment of delaborated ammunition is wide, from the
calibre of 7.62 to 152 mm.
It also includes antitank mines, aircraft bombs, antitank
missiles, signalling, acoustic and fuming devices etc.
Poličské strojírny has a complete process line for the delaboration
and disposal of military explosives (TNT, TNT/H, A-IX-1,
A-IX-2, TGAF 5 etc.) including waste water treatment plant.
Blasting pit which is part of the company's site is used
for the liquidation of unprocessable residues of ammunition
elements. Smaller explosives are liquidated in an approved
small incinerating plant PUMO equipped with a filtering system.
Artillery ammunition containing derived explosives is delaborated
with the use of water jetting.
All delaboration operations are performed under the supervision
of the Czech Army quality representatives with special attention
paid to the environment protection and economy of the whole
process.
